- The right-hand drive Silver Shadow MPW convertible has on the third position always a H, the left-hand drive a X.
- Examples: CRH5011 and DRX9758.
- The first Silver Shadow MPW convertible is CRH1698, the last one is DRX9769.

At the front the Silver Shadow MPW convertible is similar to the Silver Shadow MPW 2-door saloon. The wheel covers are the same as those of the 4-door saloon.

The Silver Shadow MPW 2-door saloon has similar to the Silver Shadow the round reversing lights on the boot lid. Further this model has no identification plate at the rear. The convertible top can electrically be opened.
