This is one of the first Silver Shadows with the black bumpers. This version with shock absorbing bumpers was (only on the American market) launched in 1973 as a result of sharpened safety rules. The chassisnumber of the first copy was SRB16240.
1973 Also was the last year the flat wheel covers still were sold on the American market.
