This Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow Long Wheelbase (LWB) is not a Silver Shadow of the series II (in that case it would have been a Silver Wraith II), but of the series I (NB. Een Silver Shadow of the series I wasn't called a Silver Shadow I, but only Silver Shadow. The number (II) was added when the series II appeared). From mid-1973 the Rolls-Royces and Bentleys destinated for the American market were fitted with these new bumpers. From 1977, the year that the Silver Shadow II was launched, these bumpers were fitted on all Silver Shadows II. So on the first sight, this is a Silver Wraith II.
