This car is the first model year 1976 Rolls-Royce Corniche 2-door saloon for the American market. From this model year on the automatic split level airconditioning that was introduced on the Camargue, was mounted on every Corniche. On the 4-door saloon it was only introduced in 1977 on the Silver Shadow II. Further on from this model year on the Corniche got the series II dashboard.
This car was shipped to the Netherlands in 2008. There it got the front spoiler and the fog lights that were forbidden on the American market.
